A little about me...

Hey everyone!
Just a couple things about me: I'm a pet groomer working part time (usually on holidays), I'm in my final semester of school, and I'm hoping to start my own business in the not too distant future. I do plan to work for a few years to earn what I need but I'm currently looking at empty lots around the area for the future. My dream is to open a pet daycare and boarding facility.
Currently I knit scarves, draw pictures (as long as it isn't people it's not too bad but drawing people I seem to have a problem with), among other arts and crafts that I like to do for fun or sell but the list is too long to type and for me to remember everything.
I have a black cat (going on 4 years this coming Halloween...she decided not to live on the streets anymore and moved in) and I have an 8 year old sheltie. I love animals.
If given the chance I read all day with the collection of books in my bookshelf that I haven't read, but school has taken up most of my time so the books are on hold for now...school's more important than catching up on my buying books habit.
I do blog on occasion when my muse hits me. I'm hoping sometime in the summer to blog about some plantations that I'll be visiting. I do blog about other things and they have their own blogs (like New Orleans, my arts (still too new I think there's only one post), plantations...ghosts too (another new one maybe two posts), and whatever I feel like writing).

Have a great semester and good luck!
